“60 Night Peace of Mind Policy”
With our 60 night peace of mind policy you can choose your mattress with peace of mind knowing that if its not right for you, it can be exchanged. Please view our terms and conditions below.
• Mattresses can be exchanged ONCE ONLY .
• An Elite mattress protector must be purchased and used with the original mattress.
• The mattress must be slept on each night for a minimum of 30 nights.
• A changeover cost, which includes all freight, is $300.
• Original payment not refundable.
• Any additional cost difference at the current ticket price.
Here at the Sleep Doctor you can have any mattress made to your specification and shape to fit caravans, boats, special size even bases that were perhaps made overseas and are slighty different in size to the Australian standard.
1. ASSESS: your current situation and unique sleep needs. This includes sleep position preferences, budget and other key factors.
2. SELECT: identify mattresses within our range that meet the considerations identified during the assessment.
3. PROFILE: lie down on each of the selected mattresses and a pressure profile is taken on each one. Sleepdoctor’s system captures the customer’s different sleep preferences on each mattress including back, stomach, and side positions.
4. COMPARE: The customer can compare up to 6 mattresses. Pressure profiles taken on each mattress are compared and ranked based on peak pressures and contact area (mattress support).
5. RECOMMEND: pressure profile results to help you select a better mattress. See what a better mattress looks like – take the guess work out.
6. SLEEP: Sleeping is believing – be confident in finding a mattress that is right for you. Feel good about your purchase & sleep better – with a better fit, better back support & reduced pressure areas.
