Question: How do I work out my delivery costs?
Answer: Delivery costs will vary depending on product and location. To work out your delivery costs add the item to the shopping cart and type in your postcode.
This will work out the delivery charges and also give you different delivery options if available.
Question: Can I pick up my order?
Answer: Yes, you can arrange the collection of your order from our showroom/warehouse ,We will contact you to inform you when your order is ready to be picked up.
Question: Do you have stock ?
Answer: Usually in stock ,- Leaves warehouse in 1 to 3 business days
Question: What if I am not home to accept my delivery?
We require a signature upon delivery with most of our items.
Where suitable, we recommend you have your Order delivered to your workplace address. If no one is present when the delivery is made the courier will leave a calling card explaining how to collect or arrange re-delivery.
If the parcel is being delivered by Fastway then they will attempt to re-deliver when you are home however only during business hours for no additional cost. If your schedule does not allow for you to be present during these times we recommend that once you receive your tracking information via email that you call.
